Tru Wellness offers consent-based, autonomy-centered care for horses, dogs, and cats. Now training as an equine osteopath (DipEO) alongside a decade of hands-on experience, I integrate osteopathic principles with PEMF, red light therapy, craniosacral therapy, and Reiki to calm the nervous system, ease tension, and improve mobility and comfort. My work meets each animal where they are — honoring their choice throughout — to help the body find its own path back to balance.
