    I have always been passionate about animal wellbeing and have long wanted to support animals through hands-on therapy. Ten years ago, I qualified as a canine behaviourist through Turid Rugaas’ programme and have since developed a tailored approach to mantrailing, helping strengthen understanding and partnership between humans and dogs. Since 2025, I have also returned to working with horses, adapting my approach to human–horse partnerships. Living with a chronic illness has encouraged me to rethink my career, and I now feel ready to pursue my long-standing ambition to deepen my knowledge and help animals through hands-on care.
