About
Having worked as a competitive horse trainer since 1986 and qualified as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2020, I am passionate about improving animal wellbeing through prevention, balance, and an understanding of behaviour and movement. My approach focuses on identifying potential weaknesses before they develop into more significant problems and creating training programmes that support both soundness and athletic performance.
Osteopathy has fascinated me for over two decades. Building on my experience with acupuncture, chiropractic, massage, and other bodywork techniques, I hope to develop additional skills in soft-tissue release, joint mobilisation, and cranial techniques. The International Diploma in Osteopathy would expand my approach to preventative care and help me become an even more effective practitioner. I would also welcome the opportunity to apply this knowledge to the small-animal patients I care for, supporting the wellbeing of both horses and companion animals.
