  • About

I have always been deeply interested in holistic approaches to health and well-being for the animals in my care. This passion became even stronger over four years ago, when my beloved gelding broke his leg in a pasture accident and became an equine amputee.

During his recovery, I began exploring holistic healing modalities more intensively, including acupuncture, chiropractic care, light therapies, targeted herbal support, and whole-food supplementation. These approaches played an important role in supporting his healing journey. He recovered remarkably well and was able to return home to live a happy and fulfilling life.

This experience inspired me to focus more deeply on helping horses recover after injury, while also supporting long-term health, resilience, and overall well-being. I am passionate about care that not only aids recovery but also helps reduce the risk of future breakdowns by placing optimal well-being at the center of treatment.

My goal is to become qualified in holistic healing modalities and offer this support to my clients, including both equine and small animal patients such as dogs and cats. I hope to contribute to improved health, comfort, longevity, and quality of life for the animals in my care.

My veterinarian suggested that I research LCAO as a possible study pathway, and I am very excited about the opportunity to join this course and become part of its community.
