About
My name is Samantha Krieger. I am a Canadian Eventer. I began working with horses when I was 7 years old. I fell in love with the sport of eventing early in my riding career and have competed up to the Intermediate/CCI2*S level. In addition to my competition career, I also operate a small boarding/training facility on my family farm, and have been grooming for Kendal Lehari (5* Eventer) for the past 10 years. I am extremely passionate about my work with horses. I thrive on being able to provide the best treatment possible for the horses in my care. Horses are athletes and are constantly communicating with humans. Too often, this communication is ignored which can lead to injuries, naughty behaviour, and a loss of confidence. My goal is to be able to take the information the horses provide and use it to help them feel their best while performing to the best of their abilities. I would like to play a prominent role in improving the quality of life while prolonging the lives and careers of these magnificent creatures. I am an extremely hard-working, dedicated individual who wants to play a more prominent role in ensuring a horse’s well-being. This desire has led me to pursue an education in Equine Osteopathy. I looking forward to putting the knowledge I gain to use in the near future.
