    I specialise in Bowen Therapy which is a manual therapy that uses specific moves over specific ligaments/muscles I manipulate the superficial fascia to help stimulate and improve muscle function, blood flow, lymph drainage, and hydration. It has a very specific and positive impact on the body’s fascia and assists in recovery, repair, and general health. It is particularly effective for reducing muscle stiffness, improving joint mobility, completing veterinary care for chronic conditions e.g. arthritis, and assisting in rehabilitation and recovery from injury and surgery. I am very much looking forward to improving my skills as a LCAO Equine Osteopathy student.
